Nature's Balance provides eco-friendly pest control services from locations in Heber City, Orem, and Holladay, Utah, serving Wasatch, Salt Lake, Utah, Summit, Sanpete, and Juab counties. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to confirmation and may vary by location and season.
Payment terms, accepted methods, and pricing will be communicated at the time of booking or service. Prices are subject to change and may vary based on property size, pest pressure, and service type. Any recurring service plans will be described at the time you enroll, including cancellation terms.
Pest control treatments, including eco-friendly and reduced-risk products, are designed to manage pest populations but cannot guarantee complete elimination of all pests in all circumstances. Results vary based on property conditions, pest species, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Where we offer a service guarantee, its specific terms (such as free re-treatment within a stated period) will be described separately at the time of booking or in your service agreement, and those specific terms govern over this general statement.
Some treatments involve the application of pesticides or other products. You are responsible for following any preparation or re-entry instructions provided by our technicians (such as keeping people and pets away from treated areas for a specified period).
If you have specific health, safety, or environmental sensitivities (including pregnancy, respiratory conditions, or pets/livestock on the property), please tell us before your appointment so we can discuss appropriate options.
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a trip/service fee, as disclosed at booking.
Information on our Site (including blog content and pest identification guides) is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute pest control, medical, or legal advice specific to your property or situation. Contact us directly for a property-specific assessment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nature's Balance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our liability for any claim related to services performed is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue.
You agree to indemnify and hold Nature's Balance harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
