• Property details and pest concerns you share with us to prepare a service estimate.

Information collected automatically:

• Standard analytics data (pages visited, time on site, device/browser type, approximate location, referring site) via Google Analytics.
• Advertising and conversion data via Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, used to measure ad performance and show relevant ads.
• Interaction data collected through Google Tag Manager, which coordinates the tags above.
• If you use the address autocomplete feature on our booking form, Google Places may process the address text you type to suggest matches.

Information from third-party tools we use:

• Online booking form: submissions are processed through EmailJS to deliver your request to our office and to send you a confirmation email.
• Reviews: we display an aggregated feed of our public Google reviews on our Site via Elfsight; we do not collect additional personal information through this feed.
• Text and web chat: our website chat and business text line are operated by Twine, an AI-assisted receptionist service. Messages you send through chat or text (including your phone number, name, and the content of your messages) are processed by Twine on our behalf so we can respond to you.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and our Site is not directed at children.

• Respond to quote requests, schedule and perform pest control services, and follow up about service visits.
• Communicate with you by phone, email, or text, including appointment reminders and service confirmations.

If you provide your phone number to us — by phone, through our booking form, or via our website chat — you consent to receive text messages from Nature's Balance Pest Control related to scheduling, service updates, and (if you opt in) promotional offers. These messages may be sent or received through our text/chat platform, Twine. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message or by contacting us directly using the information in Section 8.
